I am a Minister of Word and Sacrament in the Presbyterian Church in Canada serving in a rural, some might consider, remote congregation. I love the Lord. I began this blog to share memories, musings, scripture, thoughts, ramblings, maybe a rant or two, my creative endeavours and pictures.
My current passion is quilting. A wander through this blog will reveal a number of my projects, plans and techniques. I hope they inspire or are helpful to you in some way.
I am an amateur photographer delighting in image and colour. I take way too many pictures, most of them not very good, some of them a bit better, a few you might see here. If you do, please don’t ‘borrow’ them without permission, and that being granted, disclose where you found them, and that they are MINE! Thanks.
Hey there 🙂
Just thought I’d say hi and thanks for your ‘like’ on my blog post ‘seeing red’
Hopefully I will see you around
Regards
Amy
Thanks for stopping by! I’m interested in following the progress of your current project, so glad I stumbled on your blog.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!
Delighted. Thanks for stopping by mine! 🙂
Hi! Thanks for stopping by my space recently. I do love to discover new to me blogs, so I’m glad to have seen you there and to have found you. Jules
Hello to you. Your quilts drew me in to check out your blog. Thanks for dropping by and welcome!
Hi! Thanks for stopping by LoGo Quilts :). Happy to see what you’re working on as well – love the scrappy strips! Regards, LG.
I love them as well, usually they are quick and they justify my buying more fabric!
Glad you liked my latest quilt block pic. Always great to meet a fellow quilter!
Indeed it is. Welcome!
Thank you for liking my post. You have beautiful pictures of quilts!
Thank you for stopping by my e-place. Welcome.
Thanks for liking my blog! It looks like we have much in common and I look forward to reading your blog.
It seems we do. Thanks for the return visit. You are welcome to drop in any time! 🙂
Thanks for liking my St. George quilt post. I stopped in to your blog, and love it! You do beautiful work. I love the quilted vestments–what a unique idea. God bless.
Thank you so much for the return visit and for you kind comments. Blessings!
Thank you for visiting my blog. It’s nice to meet fellow Christian quilters (and Albertan quilters for that matter). If you were nearer to me (I get in impression that you’re in the north, and I’m in the south) it would be nice to meet up.
Thank you for visiting mine! I am almost in Alberta, the NE of BC should be in Alberta. We are bi-timeal, half the year we are on the same time as you are, the other half with BC. Maybe we have to keep an eye open for an Alberta Quilt gathering half way and meet there 🙂
Thanks for stopping by my blog “All Around the Mulberry Bush”! I loved the pictures of your quilting stash! Do you keep your yardage on bolts? I’ll have to consider doing that – it sure is easier to see what you have that way! I’ll be back to visit again soon.
Thanks for visiting my espace. I cut the cores of bolts in half and use those for my stash. It works quite well and fit perfectly in most book cases. Stop in anytime!
Excellent idea – I’ll have to give that a try! So much more organized!
Antarabesque: your quilting work is amazing! It’s been an inspiration to a banner design group I’m leading at my church in Madison, Wisconsin. We have a use question about your work. May I email you directly with the question and explanation of our project?
Thank you for your kind words. I have emailed you.
